The Directors of CCI Pope Pty Ltd are mindful of the importance of simultaneously undertaking activities which result in QUALITY, SAFETY and PRODUCTIVITY. All three outcomes are met simultaneously only by developing and adhering to effective business processes. Quality and safety plans are prepared when required for specific projects. This documentation comes under the control of the QA Coordinator. Copies of the latest QA documentation are available to approved organisations. For special applications, in-house procedures are prepared and documented.

Quality Policy

CCI Pope operates a Quality Management System certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001. The system is certified by NCSI and the certificate number is 6239. Certification covers all services provided from all facilities within CCI Pope.

In accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of CCI Pope the Quality and Ethical Standards of our entire operations are to represent international excellence in materials testing while meeting the needs of our Customers, Employees, Proprietors, Suppliers and the Community.

Employee at work Our Quality/Management system has been developed with the support and participation of all employees to identify and document the key mechanisms for ensuring that all requirements are met all the time to the unconditional satisfaction of all Customers. For this reason, we are certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001 which is the most comprehensive of the three quality system standards.
