To help meet the labour demands of strong consistent growth, CCI Pope has
banded together with the Newcastle TAFE to create a new professional
qualification in Asset Reliability Management.
The Advanced Diploma Engineering Technical is a
5-year course that will by undertaken by new trainees as well as some existing
employees. In keeping with the culture of encouraging continuous personal
improvement, all expenses for the Diploma will be covered by CCI Pope. The

Education Assistance Policy
CCI
Pope recognises that tertiary education and formal qualifications are of value
to the company and an important avenue of skills training and personal
development for our employees. Continual learning through further education is
important to our company. It is therefore our policy to help employees complete
part-time and distance learning courses leading to the award of academic or
vocational qualifications at recognized educational institutions. To encourage
employees to undertake further education, we provide assistance in the form of
payment of fees and an allowance for books on successful completion of each
year of a relevant and pre-approved course undertaken by an employee.
